虫草香菇多糖口服液抗癌机理探讨（Study on the anticancer mechanism of Cordyceps sinensis and letinous edodes polysaccharide oral liquid） Abstract Objective: To study the anticancer mechanism of Cordyceps sinensis and letinous edodes polysaccharide oral liquid. Methods: the clinical effects of Cordyceps sinensis and letinous edodes polysaccharide oral liquid on cancer patients were observed, and biochemical properties and pathological examinations were used to analyze the pharmacological properties. Results: after comparison, the efficacy of the letinous edodes oral liquid was proved to be effective. Letinous edodes Cordyceps polysaccharide oral liquid of low concentration can improve the cell activity of human gastric cancer cell lines, and high concentration of oral liquid can significantly reduce the activity of cells, there were dose and time dependence of the inhibitory effect, the highest inhibition rate was 70.56%. Key words: Cordyceps sinensis, anticancer, Chinese medicine, mechanism I. Introduction Chinese medicine has a long history and is rich in content. It contains very rich carcinogenic drugs.
