China is one of the countries with high incidence of diabetes in the world, and with the change of Chinese way, such as diet, temperance, lack of physical exercise, life stress and obesity, these factors have increased the number of patients with diabetes. With the constant recognition of diabetes, hypoglycemic agents are widely used in clinical practice and have been clinically recognized. Metformin and antidiabetic are unique among them.
