园　艺 　学 　报 　2005, 32 ( 3) : 458～462 A cta Horticu lturae Sin ica 草原龙胆 ( Eu stom a gran d iflorum ) 单 、重瓣花器官分 化的形态学观察 李昀辉 　李玉花 (东北林业大学花卉生物工程研究所 , 哈尔滨 150040) 摘 　要 : 本篇论文主要研究了草原龙胆单重瓣花器官的发育特征 。取花部发生的第 1个和第 2 个花芽 为试材 , 直接用于实体解剖观察 。结果表明: 1. 单瓣花和重瓣花花芽分化过程均可分形态分化前期 、萼片 原基分化期 、花瓣原基分化期 、雄蕊原基分化期 、雌蕊原基分化期 5个时期 , 各轮花器官按照向心顺序发 育 。2. 到雌蕊原基形成为止 , 单瓣花花器官各原基的分化过程大约需要 12 d, 重瓣花的整个分化过程大约 需要 15 d。3. 单瓣花和重瓣花都包含 5枚萼片 、5枚雄蕊和 1枚雌蕊 , 而单瓣花花瓣是 5枚 , 重瓣花约是 15枚 。 关键词 : 草原龙胆 ; 花器官 ; 花芽分化 ; 重瓣花 中图分类号 : S 68　　文献标识码 : A 　　文章编号 : 0513353X (2005) M orpholog ica l Stud ies on F lora l O rgan D evelopm en t of the Flower s w ith S in gle and Tr iplewhorled Peta ls in L isian thu s ( E u stom a gran d if lorum ) L i Yunhu i and L i Yuhua (B iotechnology Ins titu te of F low ers and P lan ts, N ortheas t F ores try Un iversity, H a rbin 150040, Ch ina) A b stract: The objective s of th is study were to characterize the floral organ developm en t of the flowers w ith single and trip lewhorled p etals in lisian thu s ( E us tom a g rand if lorum ) .
