090 社群环境下用户协同信息行为研究述评* 张薇薇 摘摇 要摇 随着协同技术的发展以及Web2.0群体交互性虚拟社群的出现,用户协同信息行为已经逐渐成为新的 研究热点。 协同信息行为的类型主要包括:协同信息查寻与检索、计算机支持的社群信息交流、协同内容创作和 协同信息质量控制。 协同信息查寻与检索的研究成果较为丰富,而协同内容创作,尤其是协同信息质量控制的研 究相对较少。 协同理论也是协同信息行为研究的一个必要组成部分,目前尚缺乏对社群用户在协同系统环境下 的信息活动及其情感、认知的综合研究,缺乏对异步、异地发生的用户协同信息行为的研究。 此外,如何设计和构 建群体交互式虚拟社群环境,以更好地提升用户协同信息活动的效果这些都将成为新的研究课题。 图1。 参考 文献64。 关键词摇 协同信息行为摇 社群环境摇 协同信息查寻与检索摇 协同内容创作摇 协同信息质量控制 分类号摇 G354 ABSTRACT摇 In thewake of thedevelopment of collaborativetechnology andwiththeadvent of Web2.0-basedvirtual communities熏 collaborative information behavior 穴CIB雪 has aroused an increasing interest in academia. It is stated that recent CIB researches mainly involve the following types押 collaborative information seeking and retrieval 穴 CISR雪熏 community communication supported by computer熏 collaborative content creation and collaborative information quality control. CISR is熏 comparatively熏 themostfruitfulfield熏 whilestudiesoncollaborativecontent creationandcollaborative information quality control are relatively fewer. Furthermore熏 collaborativetheory isan essential part of CIB studies. It is argued that synthetic research concerning information activities熏 emotion and cognition in the context of collaborative systems is absent in recent studies熏 especially inregardtomanifestation andpattern of collaboration. It isalso statedthat few modelshavediscussedproblemsof asynchrony andremoteCIBinacomputer鄄supportedcontext. Moreover熏 thispaper askshow we can build avirtual community for group interaction that better supportsparticipants蒺 collaborative information practices.
