Analysis of 783 cases of complications after cesarean section [Abstract] Objective To analyze the reasons for the increasing rate of cesarean section, and to seek effective measures to reduce the rate of cesarean section. Methods From a total of 1384 cases of birth in recent years were retrospectively analyzed. The average cesarean section rate was 56.88% , fetal distress, social factors are the main reason for increasing cesarean section rate. Natural birth after cesarean section complications than those Conclusions to improve the quality of midwifery and obstetric assessment, enhanced perinatal care, strictly cesarean section, maternal and family members to strengthen publicity and education is to reduce the cesarean section rate of the primary means. Method: During past three years 1384 cases was analyzed retrospectively. Results: The result shows that average Cesarean setion rate was 56.88% . The related complications of Cesarean setion was higher than that of vagina delivery. Results: Fetal distress and social factors were the material cause of Cesarean setion. Strengthening midwifery skills training, improving the quality of obstetric, strengthening maternal perinatal health care, Strictly control the pointer cesarean section education to woman and their families is indicated to curb the increase of Cesarean setion.
