猪蹄甲（Pigs trotters） [Abstract] Objective To observe the curative effect of Wan Li Capsule on chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP). Methods 2 pieces of pigs trotters, 1 dried radix rehmanniae, red peony root and peony bark, were made into capsules, and 17 cases of chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura were treated by oral administration. The platelet count before and after treatment was observed. Results the platelet count increased to a certain extent. Conclusion this method is effective for the treatment of chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura and has less side effects.
