中国水利电力质量管理协会章程（Constitution of China Water Conservancy and Electric Power Quality Management Association） Constitution of China Water Conservancy and Electric Power Quality Management Association (adopted on November 30, 2004) Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 this association is entitled China Water Conservancy and electric power quality management association, referred to as China Hydropower Quality Association; English Name: CHINA WATER RESOURCE ELECTRICITY QUALITY CONTROL ASSOCIATION, abbreviated as: CWREQCA. China water quality association consists of water conservancy branch and power branch. The second is the nature of water conservancy and electric power industry enterprises and institutions composed of voluntary social organizations; is trans regional, cross sectoral, cross ownership of the non-profit social organization of water conservancy and electric power industry nationwide; is China Quality Management Association member organizations.
