中国部分省市糖尿病足调查及医学经济学分析(Diabetes foot survey and medical economics analysis in some provinces and cities of China) Objective to investigate and analyze the classification, staging and medical expenses of diabetic foot in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Methods to investigate a unified method of 11 provinces and cities nationwide, 14 three level of first-class hospital in 2004 the year of outpatient and hospitalization of patients with diabetic foot were investigated, including history, physical examination, biochemical examination and medical expenses, the foot ulcer classification, staging and etiology analysis, and the ankle brachial arterial pressure ratio to determine the degree of blood vessel lesions of lower extremity. Results a total of 634 patients with diabetic foot and peripheral vascular disease were investigated. The high incidence of foot disease in patients aged 71~80 years, 11~20 years duration, primary and junior high school education, a monthly income of 501~1500 yuan in diabetic patients. The complications of foot disease in patients with diabetes or related lesions were neuropathy (68%), hypertension (57.4%), (42.8%) retinopathy, nephropathy (40.4%), dyslipidemia and lower extremity arterial disease (28.7%), coronary heart disease (28.5%), cerebrovascular disease (24.3%), smoking rate was 38.8%. The predisposing factors of foot ulcer were mainly physical factors (77.7%). Among the patients with foot ulcers and / or gangrene, the ulcers were mainly solitary (57.3%), grade Wagner1 and grade 2 ulcers, with 28.8% of gangrene and 88% of toes (49.1%). Foot ulcers were mainly mixed ulcers (60.4%), and ulcers in 67.9% were complicated with infection. The average length of stay in diabetic foot ulcer patients was 26 days, and the total hospitalization expense was yuan.
