医学论文（Medical paper） Abstract] Objective: to understand the psychological health status of medical students, and provide a theoretical basis for carrying out mental health education of College students. Methods: the mental health status of 501 college students was measured by the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) and compared with the Chinese norm. The data were analyzed statistically. Results: MMPI in 10 subscales, male and female students of hypochondriasis (Hs), Hysteria (Hy), psychopathic (Pd) and breakdown (Pt) scale scores were significantly higher than the original China norm, in addition to male schizophrenia (Sc) and hypomania (Ma) score was significantly higher than that of the original China norm; male and female college students lie (L), (F), malingering degree (Mf), Ma (SI) and social introversion scores between Hy and Si was significant different grade T in the first grade boys was significantly higher than boys in the second grade, the first grade girls F, Pd, Pa, Si T was significantly higher than the second grade girls; male students aged 60 T and 7O higher than the proportion of female college students, but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion: the psychological problems of college students is more outstanding, there are individual differences between male and female college students and college students in different grades, to understand the mental health of college students for the college students psychological health education and psychological counseling are very important.
