麻黄碱的认识与研究 蔡晴青 药物制剂 093717045 【摘　要】风痛宁片治疗风湿性关节炎和类风湿性关节炎，具有祛风燥湿，散寒活血，舒筋止痛的功效，应用范围非常广泛。麻黄具有平喘止咳生理活性，为药品中主要成分之一。麻黄的主要活性成分是麻黄碱。测定麻黄碱的方法多有报道，风痛宁片为复方制剂，药味多，其它组分干扰大，采用水蒸气蒸馏方法提取麻黄碱。方法是在强碱条件下将风痛宁片中麻黄碱分离与碳酸钠、过碘酸钠反应生成苯甲醛，在242 nm下利用紫外分光光度法进行含量测定。结果显示，方法可行，在2.5 10 μg/ml范围线性关系良好 A=0.0618C+0.0594(r=0.9994，n=5)麻黄碱测定的平均回收率为98.63%RSD为1.07% n=5不同批号的风痛宁片中麻黄碱含量差异不明显含量比较稳定。在强光照射下, 麻黄碱含量不稳定在低温、高温情况下含量较稳定。选择适宜的光照和温度对保持中 药制剂的稳定性提供有力的数据。 【关键词】风痛宁片 麻黄碱 稳定性 分光光度法 Abstract Fengtongning tablet is widely used for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, with a wide range of applications, such as getting rid of cold and dampness, promoting the circulation of blood, dispelling cold, stretching ligament and analgesic. Ephedra, as one of the main content in the medicine, has the physical activity of ease asthma and cough. Ephedrine is the main active ingredient of ephedra. A large number of methods for the determination of ephedrine have been alredy reported. As a compound preparation,the ingredients of fengtongning tablet is not a sigle, the interference of other components can′t be neglected. we extract the ephedrine with the method of steam distillation. First, in the condition of strong alkaline, separating the ephedrine form fengtongning tablet, change the ephedrine to benzaldehyde after reacting with sodium carbonate and sodium iodide, at the wavelength of 242nm, the samples were determined by UV spectrophotometric method. The linear curves was fine between the concentration range 2.5-10 μg/ml(r=0.9994,n=5). Ephedrine average recovery was 98.63%, RSD is1.07%(n=5). Differences in the content of ephedrine between different batches of fengtongning tablet is not obvious, the content of ephedrine is relatively stable. In the light of high intensity, the content of ephedrine is instable, but in the case of low tamperature and high tamperature, the content of ephedrine is more stable.
