Effective governance of groundwater withdrawal with heat pump becomes a necessity. The approval of this kind of project relies on water resources evaluation. Therefore, technical contents of water resources evaluation of heat pump project are examined, taking full consideration of the features of the project and Guidelines for Water Resources Evaluation of Construction Project.
