In the process, the real estate industry also becomes one of the pillar industries of the national economy, emerging a large number of outstanding listed real estate companies. How to properly assess the investment value of listed real estate companies, not only concerns the vital interests of investors, but also has important effects on our national economy. This paper mainly analyzes the developing situation and problems of Chinese real estate industry to explore the future path of the real estate industry and help the majority of investors make rational investment decisions. In order to understand the investment value of listed real estate companies, this paper selects Vanke Group as an object of analysis, by analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of its business, and also analyzing its financial condition. Finally, this paper uses the classical methods of valuation to estimate the value of Vanke Group, obtains the investment value of Vanke, explores the investment value of the whole listed real estate industry, offer important reference to investors’ investment strategies.Keywords：RealEstateInvestmentValueVanke1 引言1.1研究背景和研究意义随着市场经济的不断发展，我国的经济结构在不断转型升级，社会公众的生活水平在不断提高，在这个过程中，必然伴随着的是房地产市场的发展和繁荣。从西方发
