 前 言 为规范车身电阻焊焊点的超声波检测工作，特制定此标准。 借助超声波检测，可完善白车身焊点非破坏性检查手段；并在无法使用凿检的情况下实现非破坏性检查以判定焊点质量，从而实现以下目标： a) 通过快速的检测来判断及保证产品质量； b) 通过减少测试报废和修整开销来节约成本； c) 降低车身焊接车间的事故风险和噪音干扰。 当中英文产生疑义时，以中文为准。 本标准的附录A和附录B为资料性附录。 本标准由材料分标委提出。 本标准由SMTC技术标准化委员会批准。 本标准由标准化工作组归口管理。 本标准起草部门：质保部中心实验室 本标准主要起草人：付玉生、张勇。 本标准于2012年01月05日首次批准发布，2012年01月05日实施。 Foreword This standard is established for ultrasonic testing for body resistance welding spot. By conducting ultrasonic testing, consummate the nondestructive test methods used in the body welding workshop; and judge the welding spot quality when it is impossible to conduct the chisel test, so as to achieve the following objectives: a) Judge and guarantee the product quality by conducting the fast testing; b) Save cost by reducing the testing scrap and the repair expenses; c) Lower the accident risk and noise disturbance in body welding workshop. This standard in Chinese and English have a doubt, the Chinese version should be criterion. Annex A and B are informative annexes.. This standard was proposed by material sub-committee.
