新疆农业大学 课 程 论 文 题 目: 远程自动抄表计费系统 课 程: 电力系统自动化 姓 名: 梁任荣 专 业: 电气工程及其自动化 班 级: 电气104 学 号: 103736416 指导教师: 石砦 职称: 讲师 200 年 11 月 15 日 远程自动抄表系统设计 学生：梁任荣 指导老师：石砦 摘要：远程自动抄表系统ARM是指采用计算机网络技术，将安装在用户处的电能表所记录的用电量等级数据，通过遥测、传输汇总到营业部门，代替人工抄表及后续相关工作的自动化系统。它不仅可以缓解抄表人员的劳动强度，降低人为因素造成的抄表差错，而且具有抄收速度快，抄表实时性好等优点。? 本课题通过方案对比以及系统的需求和功能分析，选择了在现有GSM系统上发展出来的一种新的承载业务——通用分组无线业务(GPRS)。本文构成的自动抄表系统采用点对多点的结构形式，设计了带GPRS功能的数据采集终端，该终端向下通过RS485方式与智能电表连接，向上通过接入Internet，利用GPRS通信方式与监测中心服务器通信。 关键字：自动抄表；硬件；软件；数据采集终端 The remote automatic meter reading system design Abstract: ARM remote automatic meter reading system refers to the use of computer network technology, will be installed on the user of the watt-hour meter level of electricity consumption data, recorded by remote sensing, transmission summary to the business sector, instead of manual meter reading and the consequent automation system of the relevant work.
