小型医院MIS的开发与设计 摘 要 信息化的今天，计算机网络、Internet扮演的角色也越来越重要其核心的数据库技术正在改变着我国各个领域的管理模式，而作为传统的医院模式也面临着重大变革。医院只有真正的采用计算机现代化的管理，才能跟上发展的需要。 Abstract Computer Networks and Internet play a more and more important role nowadays, when the human civilization move forwards a new time-----informational zing, its core technique, the database technique is changing management modes of all realms of our country, and that, traditional hospital management mode is also facing great revolution. The modernization of management system is staring us in the face, and a deep revolution is coming. To realize standardization, regularization, systematization and rationalization of management modes, we ought to make use of computers and informational methods. It is the only way to adopt computer modernizing management for hospitals to follow the evolution of times. This hospital information management system is an integrated general system facing small hospitals, which covers all major functions of hospital and every teaches when a patient sees a doctor. It perfectly uniforms management ideologies of hospital, operation experiences of every department of hospital and latest computer technologies. At the present time, most middling and small hospitals in the west have not equipped computer management system, dealing with information basically by hand, which both increased laboring intension and reduced working efficiency of doctors and managers in hospital, what’s more, annoyed hospitals’ high managers; therefore, it is of much necessity to bring in a good and potent computer management system. Moreover, as information technology developing and the time of China’s big development of the west, it is even a trend of making use of computer management systems to enhance competition. The system thereinafter is brought out acclimating the above tideway, added with these three advantages: low price, favorable nature of expansion and convenient management, it will surely have a brilliant future in the intending
