摘 要供应链之间的竞争已成为现代企业竞争的主要模式。然而由于供应链复杂性、脆弱性，使供应链存在一种潜在的危险,也就是供应链风险。它利用供应链企业之间的紧密联系，对供应链进行毁坏，使上下游的企业以及整个供应链带来损失和损害。供应链风险严重阻碍了供应链管理。因此，对供应链管理过程中存在的供应链风险进行的研究是极其重要的，这有利于供应链系统的平稳实施。本文以供应链风险理论与供应链理论为依据，研究一般供应链所潜在的风险，主要做了以下工作：详细论述了供应链的概念和特征,进行供应链风险的识别,总结了各文献对供应链风险及其来源的分类,最后采取有效的措施对供应链风险进行防范，以及对风险造成损害时针对不同风险采取适当的处理方法。关键词：供应链风险；风险识别；风险分类；风险防范AbstractThe competition between the supply chain has become the main mode of modern enterprise competition. However, due to the complexity of the supply chain, vulnerability of the supply chain there is a potential risk, is the risk of supply chain. It uses the close link between the supply chain enterprises, the destruction of the supply chain, the upstream and downstream enterprises as well as the entire supply chain to bring the loss and damage. Supply chain risk a serious impediment to supply chain management.
