國立中正大學成人及 繼續教育學系 碩士論文 嘉義縣新住民女性 自我效能與生活適應之研究 指導教授 ：魏惠娟博士 研 究 生 : 蔡佩芬 中 華民 國 一百 零 三 年 一 月 嘉義縣新住民女性自我效能與生活適應之研究 指導教授 魏惠娟: 博士 研究生 :蔡佩芬 摘 要 本研究旨在探討嘉義縣新住民女性自我效能與生活適應之關 係。研究 主採問卷調查法 。本研究共發放 418份問卷，回收有效問卷 336份 (80.38%) 。本研究資料分析方法包括敘述統計、單因子變異數 分析 、獨立樣本t檢定、皮爾森積差相關等。 根據研究發現，本研究結論如下 : 一、本研究調查之新住民女性自我效能良好。 二、本研究調查之新住民女性生活適應情況良好。 三、有工作之新住民女性，在自我效能及個人適應方面都比無工作者 佳。 四、30 歲以下的新住民女性，比 36-40 歲者，有較佳的家庭適應。 五、新住民女性自我效能越高，生活適應越好。 本研究建議新住民女性宜積極參與學習課程，尋找工作機會，以 提高自我效能及強化生活適應能力。 關鍵字 :新住民女性、自我效能、生活適應 The Research of New Female Immigrants’ self-efficacy and life-adaptation in Chiayi County Advisor:Dr. Hui-Juan Wei Student: Pei-Fen Tsai Abstract The purpose of this research is to discuss the relationship between self-efficacy and life-adaptation of new female immigrants. This research adopted the method of questionnaire. This research sent out 418 questionnaires, received 336 valid (80.38%) questionnaires. The methods of analyzing information in this research included descriptive statistics, one-way-ANOVA, t -test, Pearson’s product- moment correlation. Based on the research findings, there are five conclusions as the following: 1. This research demonstrated the self-efficacy of new female immigrants is satisfactory. 2. This research demonstrated the life-adaptation is satisfactory. 3. For the new female immigrants with occupations, their self-efficacy and life-adaptation are more satisfactory than those without an occupation. 4. The new female immigrants under age 30 have better family-adaptation than those between age of 36 and 40. 5. The higher the self-efficacy of the new female immigrants, the better the life-adaptation.
