分销渠道是企业完成其产品从生产向最后消费者转移以实现价值产生效益的重要载体,在企业营销中具有重要的作用。在现如今激烈的市场竞争中,如何获得分销渠道的权利就成了各大代理商的头等大事,企业获取分销渠道的竞争优势也就显现出来了。 在当今社会现状下,分析企业惯用的营销策略,分析企业是如何获取分销渠道的,获取分销渠道又有哪些优势?企业本身需要具有什么优势才能获得分销渠道,经销商要怎样考核企业是否能获得分销的权利。本文从当今渠道的市场现状、及部分企业所采取的渠道模式的优劣加以分析,从而得出部分获取分销渠道竞争优势的策略。

ABSTRACT
Distribution channel is the enterprise to complete its product from production to final consumers in order to realize the value of benefit is the important carrier, has an important role in enterprise marketing. In nowadays the fierce market competition, how to get distribution rights became a major agent of priority, competitive advantage of access to distribution channels would be revealed. Is commonly used in todays society under the current situation, analyze the enterprises marketing strategy, analysis of enterprise is how to access to distribution channels, access to distribution channels and what are the advantages? Enterprise itself needs to have what advantage to distribution channels, dealers how to assess whether enterprise can get distribution rights. This article from the current market situation of channels, and part of the enterprise by use of the merits of the channel mode to analysis, to draw a section for distribution channel strategy of competitive advantage.
