中小企业融资问题研究 姓 名： 汪 清 濯 摘要 中小企业作为我国国民经济的重要组成部分，已经成为保证我国经济发展、市场繁荣和实现就业的重要基础，并继续以其灵活的运行机制和市场应变能力，成为推动我国经济体制变革的重要力量。但是，我国中小企业在发展中还面临着许多问题，其中突出的是融资问题。融资困难造成我国中小企业资金缺乏，严重制约着中小企业的创业和持续发展，进而影响我国经济的健康发展。因此，深入了解中小企业资难的因，并找出解决问题的办法，已经成为当务之急。bstract Chinas small and medium enterprises as an important part of the national economy, has become the guarantee of Chinese economic development, market prosperity and employment to achieve important basis, and continue with its flexible operation mechanism and market strain capacity, become Chinas economic system reform important force.
