我国区域能源消费与经济发展 的协调分析 摘 要 自1853年美国开采出了石油从而引起了世界范围内的产业革命，直到今天，全世界能源消耗主要依赖的都是不可再生能源。能源，已经成为了当今社会的基础性战略资源和经济系统的基本生产要素。 中国作为世界能源大国，正处于国家建设的高速发展期，经济稳定增长，人民生活水平显著提高，但与此同时也付出了沉重的代价，环境恶化，资源枯竭，经济发展与社会、生态不协调的压力以及随着世界性的能源危机而由此引发的一系列问题，我们开始日益的关注能源效率的提高和资源的合理利用，可持续发展因此逐渐成为我们发展追求的目标，而和谐发展，协调发展则成为了我们诊断区域开发及其是否健康运行的标准。中国由于地理条件复杂，资源分布极为不平衡，因此对各个不同区域的能源消费的协调发展的研究更显得尤为重要。 本文主要是借鉴了国内外关于能源消费与经济发展之间的相关研究成果，从经济学的角度，对区域性能源消费和经济发展的协调程度提出自己的看法同时结合情况，分东、中、西三个地区构建了我国30个省市能源消费与经济协调发展的评价体系，能源消费，经济增长和能源效率输出变量，建立了我国三大地区的面板数据模型结果表明，我国整体的能源协调度为0.45，各省市的协调度介于0.1-之间。各个地区之间在协调发展过程中的差异较大，在未来一段时间内，发展经济和提高能源效率将我们面临的重要任务。我们在加快社会经济发展的同时，应注意不同能源消费结构的调整。 关键词： 能源消费 经济增长 能源效率 协调度 Abstract Since the petroleum has been found in 1853 in American which brought a huge industry revolution in the whole world, the non-renewable resource has been the major energy we used until today. Energy, which become one of basic strategy resources in society and important factors for economy system. China as an great energy country has been developing in a rapid rate, the economy and the quality of people’s life are steadily increasing, however, the great development comes with a price. Such as ecological environment is being destroyed ,resource depletion，the contradiction between the increase of economy and both society and the ecology. We are began to pay attention to the energy efficiency and rational utilization of resource. Sustainable development therefore has emerged as the goal of our country development. Coordinated development as the standard which judges the development whether healthy or not. The research is more important to China as its complicated geographic conditions and the unbalanced energy located . The research was conducted based on the literature review about the energy and the develop of economy both from domestic and overseas.
