2型糖尿病中医辨病辨证论治方案疗效评价探究 　 作者：陈大舜，季聚良，周德生，谭 静，张雪花 【摘要】 目的 评价2型糖尿病中医辨病辨证论治方案的临床价值。方法 根据文献调研和临床流行病学统计结果，将2型糖尿病分为阴虚热盛证、气阴两虚证、肝肾阴虚证、湿热内蕴证、阴阳两虚证，建立其中西医结合诊疗方案，并进行临床疗效验证。结果 观察组病人临床症状改善状况和临床疗效均优于对照组(Plt;0.05或0.001)，而中西医结合组优于中药组(Plt;0.05)。中药组对FBG、PBG疗效不如西药组和中西医结合组（Pgt;0.05)，但是中药组和中西医结合组HbA1C的疗效明显优于西药组(Plt;0.005)。结论 2型糖尿病中医辨病辨证论治临床疗效肯定，而中西医结合组疗效优于单纯中药组和单纯西药组。 【关键词】 2型糖尿病；中西医结合；辨病辨证论治；疗效评价 【Abstract】 Objective To appraise the clinical value of the scheme to distinguish disease and syndrome to treat of TCM to type 2 diabetes.Methods According to the result of survey and study to documents and clinical epidemiology statistics， divide the type 2 diabetes into yin-deficiency and heat accumulation，deficiency of both qi and yin，liver and kidney yin deficiency， accumulation of heat and dampness， deficiency of both yin and yang；set up the scheme of diagnosis and treatment of combination of Chinese medicine and Western medicine， and have clinical curative effect to prove.Results The clinical symptom improvement and clinical curative effect of observing group patient is superior to the contrasting group (Plt;0.05 or 0.001 )， and the combination of Chinese and Western medicine group is superior to the Chinese medicine group (Plt;0.005). The Chinese medicine group is not so good as the Western medicine group and the combination of Chinese and Western medicine group to FBG， PBG (Pgt;0. 05)，but the curative effect of Chinese medicine group and the combination of Chinese and Western medicine group to HbA1C is obviously superior to the Western medicine group (Plt;0.005).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of the scheme to distinguish disease and syndrome to treat of TCM to type 2 diabetes is definite，and the clinical curative effect of the combination of Chinese medicine and Western medicine group is superior to simple Chinese medicine group and simple Western medicine group. 【Key words】 type 2 diabetes；combination of Chinese medicine and Western medicine；distinguish disease and syndr
