微生态制剂金双歧治疗喂养不耐受早产儿观察 　【关键词】 金双歧 摘要：目的：探讨喂养不耐受早产儿的治疗方法，提高早产儿的存活率。方法：76例喂养不耐受早产儿随机分为治疗组40例，对照组36例，两组均按照常规护理和治疗，并予静脉营养，治疗组在喂奶后口服或鼻饲微生态制剂金双歧三联活菌片0.5g，2次/d，疗程5d。结果：治疗组显效32例，有效7例，无效1例，总有效率97.5%；对照组显效8例，有效18例，无效10例，总有效率72.2%；两组有效率比较X2=7.84，Plt;0.01，差异有显著性。结论：应用微生态制剂金双歧治疗喂养不耐受早产儿效果确切,未发现不良反应，且缩短早产儿的住院时间。 　　关键词： 金双歧； 治疗； 喂养不耐受； 早产儿 　　Clinical Observation of the Therapeutic Efficacy of “GOLDEN BIFID” on Premature with Feeding Intolerance 　　Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of “Golden bifid” on the treatment of premature with feeding intolerance. Method: 76 cases of premature with feeding intolerance were assigned into two groups by randomization:the therapeutic group contained 40 cases and the control group contained 36. Both group of infants were given the routine nursery and treatment, intravenous transfusion was given as well. Moreover, the infants of the therapeutic group were extra given the “Golden bifid” (A pill of tri-covalent viable organism from Inner Mongolian Shuang Qi drug company) by oral or nasal feeding, 0.5g a time, two times a day, and the period of treatment lasted for 5 days. Result: In the therapeutic group, 32 cases showed excellence (obviously effective), 7 cases showed utility (effective) and 1 case showed ineffective, the total effective rate is 97.5%. Among the control group, 8cases showed excellence (obviously effective), 18 cases showed utility (effective) and 10 cases showed ineffective, the total effective rate is 72.2%. After comparing the effective rate of both groups (by chi-square test),X2=7.84, Plt;0.01, the difference is of significance. Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of “golden bifid” on the treatment of premature with feeding intolerance has been proved certainly,without side effects yet. 　　Key words: Golden bifid; Treatment; Feeding intolerance； Premature 　　由于早产儿胃肠功能极为低下，易发生腹胀、胃潴留、呕吐等喂养不耐受表现，严重影响体重回升和存活率。越来越多的研究表明，出生后早期有效的营养支持可改善早产儿近期体重增长、降低病死率，还影响到远期预后［1］。 　　 　　金双歧是由长双歧杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌组成的三联活菌微生态制剂。本研究应用金双歧治疗喂养不耐受
