In bioassay, all health plants w ere infected after they w ere vaccinated. The re- sult w as masculine in DAS-ELISA and one specific band (7 5bp)was obtained in %agarose gel electro- phoresis of RT-PCR amplification.Positive result for CGM MV w as found by bioassay, DAS-ELISA and RT-PCR amplification and it showed that these seeds had been infected by CGM MV.CGM MV could be d-i agnosed definitely if two of the three tests w ere masculine.
