　第 22 卷 　第 1 期 科 　学 　管 　理 　研 　究 Vol . 22 　No . 1 　2004 年 2 月 SCIEN T IF IC 　MANA GEM EN T 　R ESEA RCH Feb . 2004 人力的资源特性及资本特性研究 刘 　苹 ,陈维政 ( 四川大学 ,成都 　6 10064) 　　摘要 :本文从理论和逻辑上分析了劳动力的双重特性 , 即人力的资源特性和资本特性 ,从而将“人力资源”与 “人力资本”这两个概念的内涵有效地区分开来 。进而提出 , 由于人力资源性和人力资本性的区别与统一 ,作为资 源的劳动力需要投入生产与再生产费用 ,作为资本的劳动力要求得到利润回报 , 因此劳动者报酬中包含人力资源 维持费用和人力资本的投资报酬两个组成部分 。在管理实践中 ,管理者应充分考虑到人力二重性 , 即人力资源性 与人力资本性的统一 ,根据具体情况选择合适的激励方式 ,才能取得良好的效果 。 关键词 :人力资源 ;人力资本 ;激励 ( ) 中图分类号 :C96 　　文献标识码 :A 　文章编号 :1004 - 115X 2004 0 1 - 0094 - 05 The Research on the Human Resource and the Human Ca pital L iu ping , Chen Wei - zheng ( School of Management of Sichuan University , Chengdu 6 10064) 　　Abstract :On t he basis of t he research of t heory and logic ,t he p ap er analyses t he dualism of t he labor :one is described as t he human resource and t he ot her is described as t he human capital . It is helpful to define t hese two concept s of t he hu man resource and t he human capital . In addition to ,t he p ap er put s forward t hat t he remuneration of t he labor includes two p art s. One is t he cost to support normal living and working of t he labor . The ot her is t he rep ay of t he investing of t he hu man capital .
