Ltd, Shanghai200122, China) ABSTRACT: In order to solve the problem of inadaptability of the foreign rig test specification for localized component evaluation, this article applies a method of digital smi ulation technology combined w ith test to focus on one rear axle. F irstly the strain and stress analysis of the rear ax le isworked out by the computer smi ulation, and then the fatigue analysis is done. Atmean tmi e, the road strain data acquisition is finished. Some correction of the original rig test specification is made by combining these results of computer smi ulation w ith road test. A ccording to the new test specifications, the rig test failure mode is basically consistentw ith the road test. W ith the application of the computer smi ulation and test technology, it helps the enterprise to solve the practical problems quickly, largely shortens the development period, and mi proves the adaptability of rig test specifications and the ability of independent test development of the enterprise.
