郑州科技学院 本科毕业设计（论文） 题 目:汽车轮胎螺母拆装机 学生姓名: 朱 坤 专业班级:10级交通运输2班 学 号: 201034054 院 系: 车辆与交通工程 指导老师: 陈长庚 完成时间:2014年4月29日 汽车轮胎螺母拆装机 摘 要 应用轮胎螺母拆装机来对汽车螺母的拆装，随着汽车数量日益增长汽车的保养与维修的工作量越来越大虽然建国以来，我国的汽车保养与维修水平得到很大的提高，然而汽车维修行业的技术水平还是很薄弱的特别是近年来发展极其迅速的许多及类型的保修企业及个体户他们大部分仅有简单的笨重的手工操作，许多发达国家十分重视汽车保修与维修的技术化，专业化，使拆装工作机械化，以提高汽车保修质量和减轻工人劳动强度，在拆装工作中轮胎拆装是拆装时经常性的工作。 我们研究了人工手持基本维修工具来对螺母的拆装速度与工作强度，并与螺母拆装机进行了对比研究，发现轮胎螺母拆装机可以提高拆装的效率，减少工作强度，操作简单能够实现自动控制按钮，具有实用价值和通用性，而且结构简单，使用可靠性强，使用安全。 结果表明轮胎螺母拆装机能够更有效的完成对螺母的拆装，是一种轮胎螺母拆装的有效设备。 关键词：使用安全；结构简单；可靠性强；操作简单 Automobile tire nut installed ABSTRACT Application of tire nut installed to dismantling of car nut, As car number increasing auto maintenance and repair work is more and more big, although since the founding of the people,Chinas automobile maintenance and service level have greatly improved, However automobile repair industry technical level is still very weak, especially extremely rapid development in recent years and many types of guarantee enterprise and solo most of them only simple cumbersome manual operation, In many developed countries attach great importance to automobile maintenance and repair of technical, professional, mechanization of dismantling work, in order to improve the quality of automobile maintenance and reduce the labor intensity, workers in the dismantling work tire disassembling is disassembling regular work. We studied the artificial hand basic maintenance tools for dismantling of nut rate and work intensity, and compared with nut installed down the contrast research, found that the tire nut installed can improve the efficiency of disassembling, reduce working intensity, easy to realize automatic control button, practical and universal, and simple structure, use reliability and use safety. Results show that the tire nut open filler can more effectively complete dismantling of
