Specification for service quality of catering industry in Chongqing (for Trial Implementation)
Chapter I General Provisions
The first is to further strengthen the catering industry management, standardize business practices, improve the overall level of service industry, promote industry rapid, coordinated and healthy development, according to the relevant laws and regulations, combined with the actual city, the enactment of this specification.
Second catering enterprises should establish a safety, health, nutrition, health concept; adhere to the people-oriented, to meet customer demand for the purpose of service; adhere to the enterprise management and improve the quality of service development; to create a comfortable dining environment, to provide quality services to customer satisfaction.
Third catering enterprises should follow the business law, honesty, courtesy, even bargain, genuine goods at a fair price, health and safety principles, service behavior, performance pledges, consciously safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of corporate reputation and customer.
Article fourth this regulation applies to all enterprises in the administrative area of the city directly or indirectly engaged in catering services enterprises (operators) and practitioners.
The second chapter, professional ethics and service requirements
The fifth has a good professional ethics, love food and beverage service, have the overall idea and unity and cooperation spirit, always with a high sense of responsibility for customer service, and faithfully perform their duties.
Sixth shall comply with national laws and regulations and the provisions of the enterprises, and consciously safeguard the country, business interests and reputation, not secretly to deal with customers, do not harm national dignity and personality.
