阵发性心房颤动与房性期前收缩的关系（The relationship between paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and atrial premature contraction） [Abstract] Objective To analyze the correlation between paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (PAf) and atrial premature contraction (PAS). Methods dynamic electrocardiogram (DCG) examination was performed in 78 patients with PAf, and the coupling interval (CI) and pre systolic index (PI) of PAf, PAS and PAS without PAf were analyzed. Results compared with PAS without inducing PAf, CI was significantly shortened and PI was significantly shortened (P 0.05). Conclusions most of the patients with normal frequency of sinus rhythm before the onset of PAf are induced by CI fixed PAS, and their CI and PI are significantly shorter than those without PAf induced by PAS. Keywords paroxysmal atrial fibrillation; atrial premature contraction; coupling interval; pre systolic index; Atrial fibrillation (Af) is a common arrhythmia in clinical practice. The incidence of atrial fibrillation is more than 0.4% in the population, and it can reach 9% [1] in patients over 70 years of age. The European Society of Cardiology and the cardiac pacing task force of the North American pacing and Electrophysiology Society defined the PAf as a duration of less than 7 days and can end automatically. PAf accounts for about 35%, 45% [1] of the newly diagnosed Af. In order to further understand the relationship between PAf and PAS, we analyzed the DCG results of 78 cases of PAf and reported as follows. 1 data and methods 1.1 subjects underwent DCG examination in our hospital in September 1998 and September 2005. There were 78 cases of PAf, 45 males and 33 females, with an average of (38.2 + 7.7) years. Among them, 47 cases had organic heart disease, including 26 cases of hypertensive heart disease, 19 cases of coronary heart disease, 2 cases of rheumatic valvular heart disease, and 31 cases without organic heart disease.
