survivin、p27及cyclin D1在胃腺癌组织中表达及其临床意义 　【摘要】 目的:探讨survivin、p27和cyclin D1在胃腺癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤临床病理特征之间的关系。方法:用免疫组织化学S-P法检测73例胃腺癌及20例正常胃黏膜组织中survivin、p27和cyclin D1的表达情况。结果:①胃腺癌组织中survivin和cyclin D1蛋白表达阳性率分别为46.6%（34/73）和60.3%（44/73），明显高于它们在正常胃黏膜组织中的表达率0%（0/20）和25%（5/20）(Plt;0.01，Plt;0.01); p27在胃腺癌组织中蛋白表达阳性率为41.1%(30/73)，明显低于它在正常胃黏膜组织中的阳性表达率95.0%（19/20）(Plt;0.01)。②survivin、p27和cyclin D1均与胃腺癌组织分化程度无明显相关性（均Pgt;0.05）;survivin与胃腺癌浸润深度、淋巴结转移及临床分期呈正相关(均Plt;0.05); p27与胃腺癌浸润深度、淋巴结转移及临床分期呈负相关(均Plt;0.01)；cyclin D1仅与胃腺癌的浸润深度相关（Plt;0.05）。③胃腺癌中survivin的阳性表达率与p27呈负相关(Plt;0.05)，而与cyclin D1的阳性表达率呈正相关(Plt;0.01); p27的阳性表达率与cyclin D1无明显相关性（Pgt;0.05）。结论:survivin、p27和cyclin D1基因在胃腺癌的发生、发展中起着不同程度的作用；联合检测survivin、p27和cyclin D1可能对胃腺癌恶性程度的判定及胃腺癌的预后评估提供帮助，并对进一步治疗提供一定的依据。 【关键词】 胃腺癌 survivin；p27 细胞周期蛋白D1 免疫组织化学 Abstract: Objective: To investigate the protein expression of survivin, p27 and cyclinD1 in gastric adenocarcinoma and study the relationship between their expression and clinicolpathological features. Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to analyze protein expression of survivin, p27 and cyclin D1 in paraffin embedded tissues from 73 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma and 20 cases of normal gastric mucosa tissues.
