Integrinβ1 及CD44V6 在子宫内膜癌组织中表达及及癌生物学行 　 作者：毛荣军，李启明，房惠琼 【摘要】 目的 探讨Integrinβ1 和CD44V6 在子宫内膜癌中的表达及与癌生物学行为之间的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学染色法检测84 例子宫内膜癌、20例非典型子宫内膜增生和14例增殖期子宫内膜Integrinβ1和CD44V6的表达情况。结果 子宫内膜癌组织中Integrinβ1和CD44V6的表达阳性率明显高于非典型子宫内膜增生(P均lt;0.05)和增殖期子宫内膜(Plt;0.01或0.05)；Integrinβ1的表达与子宫浆膜侵犯(u=3.07，Plt;0.01)，病理分级(u=3.77，Plt;0.01)及肿瘤转移(u=3.66，Plt;0.01)关系密切；CD44V6在有肿瘤转移组织中的阳性表达率显著高于无肿瘤转移的组织(χ2=5.12，Plt;0.05)。结论 Integrinβ1 和CD44V6 在子宫内膜癌中的明显表达可能与其浸润转移的生物学行为有关。 【关键词】 子宫内膜肿瘤；肿瘤蛋白质类；Integrinβ1；CD44V6 　　Abstract: Objective To study the expression of integrin beta1 and CD44V6 in endometrial carcinoma and their relationship with pathological features of endometrial carcinoma. Methods By using an immunohistochemical staining, the expressions of integrin beta1 and CD44V6 in 84 cases of endometrial carcinoma, 20 cases of endometrial atypical hyperplasia and 14 cases of proliferative phase endometrium were detected. The relationship between integrin beta1 and CD44V6 expression and endometrial carcinoma pathological features were evaluated. Results The positive rate of integrin beta1 and CD44V6 expression in endometrial carcinoma tissue was much higher than that in endometrial atypical hyperplasia (all Plt;0.05) and proliferative phase of normal endometrium (Plt;0.01 or lt;0.05). Over-expression of integrin beta1 in ecdometrial carcinoma tissue was related to invasion of uterine serosa (u=3.07, Plt;0.01), pathological grades (u=3.77, Plt;0.01) and tumor metastasis (u=3.66, Plt;0.01). The CD44V6 expression rate in endometrial carcinoma with metastasis was significantly higher than those without metastasis (×2=5.12, Plt;0.05).
