Ningxia shizuishan mining land reclamation suitability evaluation A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate：Tian Xiao Supervisor：Prof. Yang Jin Chang’an University, Xi’an, China 摘 要 随着我国资源枯竭型城市产业结构调整，过去因矿产资源开发利用所形成的工矿废 弃地，通过复垦使之达到再利用的目的，在缓解用地紧张，开拓用地空间方面又发挥着 举足轻重的作用。受到土地的自然和社会经济条件影响，如何合理利用这些废弃地，每 个复垦地块定义为何种土地利用类型，成为了土地复垦效果的关键因素。因此对工矿废 弃地复垦进行适宜性评价，是提供如何合理利用土地的基础。 论文在对相关概念做了界定后，对土地适宜性评价体系进行了研究，包括评价的依 据、方法和类别，从而确立出了本次评价的步骤和方法。以宁夏回族自治区石嘴山市为 例，进行了工矿废弃地复垦的适宜性评价。通过GIS 软件的空间数据分析实现定量化评 价，筛选出评价因子后，确定评价因子对结果的影响程度。建立了分级评价标准，运用 层次分析法确定权重，利用模糊评判数学模型对适宜性评价结果进行分析评判。 根据评判结果得出工矿废弃地的适宜性方向以及数量和空间分布，准确客观的反映 出对复垦类型是否适宜，适宜程度如何。对土地利用专项规划和规划修编等工作提供了 参考，并且对石嘴山市的产业结构调整有着重要的意义。 关键词：工矿废弃地；土地适宜性评价；层次分析法；模糊评价 I Abstract Resource-exhausted cities along with our country industrial structure adjustment, used for industrial and mining land formed by the development and utilization of mineral resources. Through reclamation to achieve the purpose of reuse, in relieve the strain on land, developing land space and play an important role. Affected by the natural and social economic conditions of land, how to reasonable use of these lands, each of the reclamation land is defined as a kind of land use types, has become the key factors for land reclamation. Therefore, for industrial and mining land reclamation suitability evaluation is to provide the basis of the rational use of land. After do to relate concepts defined, for land suitability evaluation system is studied, including the evaluation basis, methods and categories, to establish the steps and methods of the evaluation.
