减速器输出轴的工艺规程的设计--工序内容设计 摘要 轴类零件是机器中经常遇到的典型零件之一,这主要功用是支承回转零件(如:齿轮,涡轮,带轮,链轮,联轴器等)并传递运动和动力.传递扭矩和承受载荷。轴类零件是旋转体零件，其长度大于直径，一般由同心轴的外圆柱面、圆锥面、内孔和螺纹及相应的端面所组成。按轴的承载情况不同可将其分为:转轴/心轴/传动轴/等.根据结构形状的不同，轴类零件可分为:直轴、阶梯轴、空心轴和曲轴等。一般机械中,阶梯轴应用最为广泛。 随着科学技术的发展，先进设备不断涌现，机械设计和工艺安排方面有了较的发展，就目前市场轴的生产水平而言，大型企业资金雄厚，拥有先进的技术和生产设备，而中、小型企业在工艺安排和夹具设备方面相对较差，通过对细长轴轴零件的工艺分析，运用数控机床进行加工，提高生产效率、提高产品精度，降低生产成本。所以也希望本次设计对解决中小型企业这方面的困难有实际作用和意义。 关键词：轴，轴承，绘图，设计，数控技术 The output shaft of the speed reducer of the technological process design process design Abstract Shaft parts is often encountered in the typical parts, the main function is to support the rotary parts ( such as: gear, turbine ，belt wheel, sprocket, shaft coupling and so on ) and transfer movement and power transmission and torque under load.
