Enterprise office automation system is in order to the realization of fast operation and communication and improving office efficiency. In the process of marketing competition, as an enterprise, the degree of mastery of information and access to information is timely or not and information can be fully used or not and sensitive reaction to information is accurate will also be a measure of an important factors of enterprise marketing competition ability. As a project of combining theory with practice, this paper involves many research contents. And it can be use to sign-in, mail, documents, tasks, information management, file upload to share each other, and so on. It also provides a simple designation for some partial page. In order to enhancing the user’s experience, or to replacing the tedious work, the frontend page also provides some dynamic effects, and using Ajax technology to replace the original way of form submission, which reduces the coupling.
