Research on Date Quality Control of Town-level Land Planning Spatial Database Abstract The town-level land use planning (hereinafter referred to as the town-level planning is the most basic planning the current planning system, directly services to local economic development and social construction, and it ’s the fundamental basis for all land use projects. Therefore, the town-level planning is a top priority for current land use planning. the town-level planning spatial database (hereinafter referred to as the town-level planning spatial database is an important achievement of the town-level planning. There is large amount of data which has complex relationship in the town-level planning spatial database. Thesre problems need a lot of manpower and material resources to inspect and repair. Therefore, how to use advanced GIS technology to control the quality of the town-level planning spatial database is the core and difficulty of town-level planning database constuction, and it can also improve the efficiency of database construction and ensure the quality of planning achievement. The paper is supported by the practice of Fanchang town-level planning spatial database construction, summarizes the major issues in the process of building a database. On the basis of analysising contents and the source of quality problems in detail, the quality check and evaluation, the quality repairing and other aspects of the planning spatial database quality control are studied.
