重庆塑料颗粒分拨中心选址研究 摘要： 塑料颗粒是一种新型材料，是电脑壳的组成部分。全球1/3笔记本电脑是重庆造。重庆市共有五大品牌商：惠普、华硕、宏碁、东芝、富士通；六大代工商：富士康、广达、英业达、仁宝、纬创和和硕。因此，重庆市IT行业对塑料颗粒的需求量是比较大的。重庆主要塑料颗粒需求企业都直接或间接从国外供应商采购，这种运行模式容易导致公司库存不足或库存剩余，不利于库存管理；市场局面较为不规范，也不利于政府的宏观调控。基于此，重庆市亟需建立一个塑料颗粒集散分拨中心来规范采购贸易与物流服务管理，并将其打造成西南地区集散点。 本文旨在研究重庆塑料颗粒的“科学选址”，从影响塑料颗粒分拨中心选址的因子入手，采用专家分析和实地考察相结合的方法，寻求分拨中心选址的科学方法。本文采用了重心法进行集散分拨中心的备选地址进行选址计算，采用模糊评价法和多层次分析法对备选地址进行评价。首先，确定寸滩港、西彭、大渡口、团结村为4个集散分拨中心的备选地址；然后采用本文选取的选址方法和评价方法对备选地址进行算法计算和评价；最终得出了重庆集散分拨中心的选址在重庆寸滩港的结论。 关键词：塑料颗粒；遗传算法；重心法；模糊综合评价法 Study on plastic particles distribution center address selection of Chongqing Abstract: Plastic particles is a new material that is an integral part of the computer casing . 1/3 of the laptop is made ??in Chongqing in world.
