管理学-基于巴纳德组织理论的顾客价值分析(Management customer value analysis based on Barnards organizational theory)
In 1990s, Chinese and foreign scholars began to attach importance to and study customer value, but there were many definitions of what the customer value was. The customer value includes customer value effect, customer value and customer value delivery expectations in three aspects, and try to provide the corresponding theoretical basis from the Barnard organization theory, put forward customer value expectation, motivation, incentive based on the effectiveness of the said transfer effect on the efficiency of customer value and responsibility -- Based on the customer value based on the said authority.

As an outstanding enterprise management practitioner, Barnard is universally respected by the world management circles. The function of manager (1938) puts forward the management theory of enterprise survival and development, what managers must do, how to act, why act. But as Barnard said again, but soon I realized that in order to achieve this goal, the nature of their activities, that is, the nature of formal organizations, must be elaborated.. Therefore, organizational theory, as the basic theory of management theory, has been firstly established in the book. Customer value is the essence of enterprise management, and the essence of customer value is contained in the essence of organization.
Customer value definition analysis
Chinese and foreign scholars began to understand and study customer value from the customers point of view since 1990s, but different scholars have different explanations about what the customer value is. According to the information collected by the author, the foreign scholars mainly focus on the following aspects of customer value research. First, what is customer value, that is, the definition and connotation of customer value.
