Abstract: the Yimin power plant, anti corrosion and EH low resistivity oil pump servo valve outlet filter frequent alarms are analyzed, find out the reason by the Thermal Power Research Institute produced strong polar silicon aluminum recycling device against fuel processing, supplemented by the change of the filter net, improve the operation temperature and the elimination of local anti fuel oil hot spots and other measures to solve the problems.

Yimin Power Plant No. 1 and No. 2 boiler for N - 1650 - 25 - 545KT (n - 78) type supercritical boiler, made by the Russian Bodaoer Smolensk Ordzhonikidze Ze machinery factory, Leningrad and Russia, metal manufacturing - 500 - 240 - 4 type steam turbine factory. Unit 1 was put into operation in November 9, 1998, and the #2 unit was put into operation in September 14, 1999. The speed regulating system of the unit is made of phosphoric acid and anti fuel oil. The viscosity of the used fuel is higher than that of the national standard. The system operates at an oil pressure of 14.2Mpa, and the normal running oil is about 1.20m3. Before the 2003 anti fuel oil has been relatively stable, but the speed control system of the unit in June 1, 2003 adjusted by the electric liquid is changed into pure electric adjustment, the anti oil volume resistivity decrease, resulting in corrosion of the servo valve; after, also occurred in the EH oil pump outlet filter frequent alarm, a serious threat to the safe operation of the unit. After the adoption of measures, the problem can be solved.
