摄生肝泰胶囊对肝损伤动物治疗作用的实验研究（Experimental study on Shesheng Gantai Capsule on liver injury animal therapeutic effect） Experimental study on Shesheng Gantai Capsule on liver injury animal therapeutic effect Update: 2009-10-23 click on the Wu Yongjun Wang Xiaojuan Yu Rong Li Wen Guo Jiansheng Abstract: the middle and high dose Shesheng Gantai capsules can significantly inhibit the carbon tetrachloride (CC4) and D- amino galactose (D-Gla) in serum of mice with acute hepatic injury induced by alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) levels and total protein (TP) and albumin (ALB) drop, reduce the degree of the liver pathological damage. The higher dose Shesheng Gantai Capsule can inhibit the damage of ALT and AST in serum of rats with chronic liver induced by CCl4, TP and ALB decreased inhibition and liver tissue pathological damage, and can reduce the liver tissue hydroxyproline (HYP) content. It can enhance the nonspecific immune function and humoral immune function of mice with liver injury. Increase the amount of bile excretion and the content of bilirubin in the bile of normal rats.
