幼儿进餐教育中存在的问题及解决策略 摘 要： 幼儿进餐活动作为一日生活常规中的环节，是培养幼儿的知识、能力和情感的重要教育契机，幼儿教师能否适时抓住这一时机促进幼儿的成长是衡量幼儿教育质量的关键指标。幼儿进餐教育活动如一面镜子，能反射出幼儿教育中的各种现象。本研究的目的是了解幼儿进餐教育活动的具体现状和教师在幼儿进餐教育中存在的问题，并通过问题寻找原因，分析其影响，提出解决策略。在整个论文的撰写过程中，本人运用文献研究法查阅了诸多相关文献资料，希望能为本文的研究奠定坚实的理论基石。本人在实习、见习期间运用了观察法记录相关信息，还有访谈法，通过与保教人员谈话获取相关信息，在分析和总结已有研究资料的基础之上，挑选出本论文需要的信息,为文章的结构框架和基本思路提供理论支撑。 关键词： 幼儿；进餐教育；身心健康；进餐环境;解决策略 Problems of preschool education of eating problems and Solutions Abstract Young children dining activities as part of the daily routine life in kindergarten, is best educational opportunity to develop childrens knowledge, abilities and emotion and so on. It is the key indicators to measure the quality of early childhood education that if teachers can timely seize this opportunity to promote the growth of young children or not.The children eating education activities such as a mirror, can reflect the various phenomena in early childhood education. The purpose of this study is to understand the specific situation and teacher education in kindergarten meals in children s eating problem in education, and work through problems to find the reasons, analyzes its influence, and puts forward solutions.In the course of writing the whole thesis, I used the method of literature research consulting a lot of related documents, hoping to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the study of this paper.In my practice, during the probationary period the use of observation records, and interviews, access to relevant information through conversation and teaching staff, on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the existing research data, pick out the needed information, to provide theoretical support for the structure of the framework and basic ideas.
