普通混凝土现场拌制工艺标准(418-1996)（Standard for field mixing of ordinary concrete (418-1996)） Standard for field mixing of ordinary concrete (418-1996) Range This process standard applies to field mixing of ordinary concrete for industrial and civil construction. Construction preparation 2.1 materials and main equipment: 2.1.1 cement: the varieties, labels, factories and grades of cement shall be in accordance with the requirements of the concrete proportioning notice. Cement should have factory certificate and approach test report. 2.1.2 sand: the size and origin of sand shall be in accordance with the requirements of the concrete proportioning notice. Mud sand amount: when the concrete strength is not less than C30, mud content is less than 3%; the concrete strength grade C30, mud content is less than 5%, with frost resistance, anti permeability requirements, mud content should be less than or equal to 3%. The content of sand mud (more than 5mm of pure mud), when the concrete strength is not less than C30, the clay content should be less than l%; the concrete strength grade of C30, the clay content should be less than or equal to 2%, with frost resistance, anti permeability requirements, the clay content should be less than l%. Sand should have a test report. 2.1.3 stones (crushed stones or pebbles): the size, gradation and origin of the stones shall be in accordance with the requirements of the concrete proportioning notice. The content of stone needle, flake particles: when the concrete strength is not less than C30, should be less than or equal to 15%; when the concrete strength grade is C25 ~ C15, should be less than or equal to 25%. Mud content in stone (the total content of less than 0.8mm, dust, mud and clay): when the concrete strength is not less than C30, should be less than or equal to 1%; when the concrete strength grade is C25 ~ C15, should be less than or equal to 2%; when the frost resistance and impermeability of the requirements, should be less than or equal
