Methods the clinical needs of root canal treatment of anterior teeth and premolar endodontitis 120 teeth, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, respectively, using a traditional method and artificial fistula periapical multiple root canal treatment, observe the effect of root canal treatment after operation. Results the pain relief time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the number of visits was also lower than that of the control group (P, 0.01). Conclusion the apical artificial fistula should be used for one-time root canal filling, which can shorten the postoperative pain time and reduce the number of visits. It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
