我国科技型中小企业竞争情报现状及特点研究 摘 要 基于科技型中小企业对竞争情报的迫切需求和作为开展竞争情报工作的良 好的切入点,本文调查了我国科技型中小企业竞争情报工作现状 总结了其竞 争情报工作的特点 对科技型中小企业开展竞争情报工作提出合理化建议 笔者通过研读大量文献 并对文献进行归纳 分析和综合 系统而简略地 分析科技型中小企业的相关理论 如界定 现状 作用等 和竞争情报的相关 理论 定义 内容 研究方法 进展等 分析了美国 日本和南非等国家的科 技型中小企业竞争情报工作的特点 采用案例分析的方法对美国MPC工业公司 的竞争情报工作进行了研究 通过问卷调查的方法对我国69家科技型中小企业 的竞争情报工作的开展程度进行了分析 深入研究我国科技型中小企业的竞争 情报的现状及问题 论文还运用对比分析法 分析了我国与其他国家的科技型 中小企业竞争情报工作方面的异同 在此基础上 总结归纳出科技型中小企业 竞争情报工作的特点 并且提出科技型中小企业开展竞争情报工作的五种模式 研究表明 我国科技型中小企业的竞争情报具有明显的特点 竞争情报活 动的目标明确 针对性强 研究内容专业性强 科技含量高 竞争情报来源具 有广泛性 主要是非正式渠道 竞争情报研究动态性强 时效性要求高 分析 方法和技术多为针对竞争对手 企业竞争力的分析方法 争情报工作的人员素 质 业务水平和重视程度密切相关 论文最后提出了适合科技型中小企业开展 竞争情报工作模式 如果是委托或联合其他机构 则可采用依附或集体模式和 外包模式 如果是独立开展竞争情报 可采用集中模式和重点分布模式 究竟 要采取何种模式 科技型中小企业还应当根据自己的情报需求和特点而定 关键词 科技型中小企业 竞争情报 调查研究 现状 特点 The Status and Characteristics Studies on Competitive Intelligence of Small and Medium-Sized Technique Enterprises in China Abstract The competitive intelligence plays an important role in the enterprises. This paper analyzes the current status and give conclusion of characteristic for competitive intelligence in the small and medium-size technique enterprises. Furthermore, the paper puts forward suggestions about competitive intelligence for those enterprises. Based on scientific research, the paper analyses the definition, condition and functionality of small and medium-sized technique enterprises, and then follows the definition, contents, measurement and techniques, progress of competitive intelligence. Also the paper analyses the characteristics of counterparts in the Un ited States, Japan and south Africa.
