Methods the clinical manifestation, imaging data and therapeutic effect of 9 cases of cerebral glioma proved by craniotomy or biopsy were analyzed retrospectively. Results 9 cases were intracranial hypertension, CT scan found 23 lesions, including 5 cases of lesions involving 3 lobes, 4 cases involving 2 lobes. CT scan showed 5 lesions with high density, 5 with equal density, 13 with low density. Most lesions were not enhanced obviously, and peritumoral mild and moderate edema. 2 cases of corpus callosum hypertrophy were found in 4 cases by MRI examination. All 9 cases were followed up for more than 6 months. Conclusion CT scan of brain glioma is easy to be misdiagnosed as metastasis. MRI scan is valuable in the diagnosis of brain glioma, and the diagnosis should be done by pathological examination. The extent of resection is an important prognostic factor, and postoperative radiotherapy is an important adjuvant treatment for tumor growth and delayed recurrence.
