In the face of the rapid changes in the operating environment, enterprises should build a behavior oriented and results oriented indicators of performance measurement.
Good professional managers can lead enterprises out of the difficult situation, but related to this, performance appraisal will have a significant impact on managers willingness to work, development and organizational efficiency. Therefore, enterprises must pay attention to three major problems when they improve the organizational competitiveness through the implementation of performance management.
