贰型糖尿病、糖耐量低减及糖尿病患者亲属胰岛β细胞功能变化的研究（Changes of islet beta cell function in relatives of type 2 diabetes mellitus, impaired glucose tolerance and diabetes mellitus） Changes of islet beta cell function in relatives of type 2 diabetes mellitus, impaired glucose tolerance and diabetes mellitus 2011-06-14, Deng Shangping, Wu Tong, Chen Shu, Zhang Mei, Wang Rulian, Liang Yaming, Hu Maoqing, Zhang Xuejun, Li Wei [Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of type 2 diabetes mellitus in Sichuan (DM) in patients with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT), islet cell function and diabetic blood relatives, including blood insulin (PI) level changes and significance. Methods using specific insulin (I) and C peptide (CP) and human proinsulin radioimmunoassay kit (both for the United States Linco products) were measured with normal glucose tolerance (NGT) group (group A, 49 cases), 2 type DM blood relatives NGT (group B, 52 cases) IGT/, fasting blood sugar (IFG) were increased (C group, 33 cases) and newly diagnosed type 2 DM patients (D group, 81 cases) and 2 hour fasting test concentration above three kinds of hormones after the meal, the obese and non obese groups within the two subgroups were compared, and the comparison the inter group analysis. Results (1) the three hormones in the obese group were higher than those in the non obese group; (2) excluding obesity factors, I and CP were the highest in the IGT/IFG group. The downward trend in the DM group, but three kinds of hormone fasting value is still higher than the control group and the group of relatives; (3) whether obese or non obese subgroups, PI from A - B - C - D group showed an increasing trend, the decline in the D group, still continue to increase; (4) to PI/I and the ratio of PI/CP (%) were compared between the two groups, both fasting postprandial suppression, in DM group was the highest; (5) to more than A group PI/I and PI/CP ratio of X + 2S as a standard, found that disproportionate PI/I increased the detection rate i
