[Abstract] Objective: To summarize the clinical experience of ultrafiltration in children with congenital heart disease (CHD) undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB). Methods: from January 2000 to December 2006, 275 cases of CHD open heart surgery were performed in our hospital, including 62 cases of severe and complex malformation, and ultrafiltration was performed during the operation. Hematocrit (HCT), (0.215 + 0.026) L/L, and CUF at the end of HCT (0.261 + 0.025) L/L, and MUF (0.35 + 0.034) L/L at the end of HCT in all patients.
