颚式破碎机故障及排除方法管理（Fault management of jaw crusher） Jaw crusher fault and troubleshooting Tool / material failure phenomenon: host suddenly stop (commonly known as stuffy car)...... Step / method fault phenomenon 1: main engine suddenly stop (commonly known as stuffy car) Reason： 1) discharging port plug, resulting in 2) filled with blocking material; the drive sheave rotation of the belt is too loose, causing the belt slipping; 3) the eccentric shaft abdapter loose, causing a bearing seat on both sides of the gap, the eccentric shaft stuck, unable to rotate; 4) the work site voltage is too low, the host when unable to break; aniseed, 5) bearing damage. Removal method: 1) remove the discharge blockage, to ensure that the material flow; 2) tightening or replacing triangle belt; 3) re install or replace abdapter; 4) adjusting the work site voltage to meet host voltage requirements; 5) replacement of bearings. Malfunction two: the main pulley and the moving jaw work normally, but the crushing work stops Reason： 1) tension spring break; 2) pull rod break; 3) elbow plate fall or fracture. Removal method: 1) replace the tension spring; 2) change the pull rod; 3) re install or replace the elbow plate. Fault phenomenon three: output can not reach the factory standard Reason： 1) the scope of broken material hardness or toughness than manual provisions; 2) motor wiring position reverse connection, the host opened car (anti clockwise rotation of the movable jaw), or motor delta connection are connected into a star connection; 3) the discharge port is less than the specified limit; 4) jaw plate displacement, addendum compared with the top gear; 5) working voltage is too low; 6) the gap between the movable jaw and the bearing is too large, so that the outer ring of the bearing rotates relatively.
