But now the four gate area sensors are imported into the bridge, low level photoelectric switch, so it can not drive the control cabinet of LV1, LV2 relay. Therefore, the scene can only refer to the domestic 300VFE schematic, only to retain a ODZ sensor, its output signal will be directly input to the port of MCB. Specific methods are as follows: Site modification suggestion: 1) remove the car top photoelectric switch 2LV, re fix 1LV in the center of the photoelectric switch base. In the control cabinet, locate the common HL line of the three relay A2 located at TB2-35, LVC, LV1 and LV2, remove it or move it to the following empty terminal. Short from LV1-53 to LV1-34, so that the output signal of ODZ is directly entered into LMCSS (see schematic GJA21295F, page twelfth). 2) short SC-23 to LV1-23, to ensure the DCSS FSO signal (see schematic GJA21295F, thirteenth pages). Remarks: after the above changes, the elevator can complete self learning and express train operation, but there is no ADO performance at the time of parking, even if the ADO is set effectively in the software. According to the circuit diagram analysis, although the LV1, LV2 and LVC relays of the gate circuit are all hardware driven, there is a LVC detection circuit in the MCB J6-8 (see schematic GJA21295F, page thirteenth, B8).
