There are seven reasons: (1) the grinding wheel or other parts are unbalanced; the clamping of the grinding wheel is not correct; therefore, the vibration of the machine is caused by the rotation of the wheel. At this point, the grinding wheel and the pinch plate shall be re balanced. The correct grinding wheel clamping method shall be used when the grinding wheel is installed.
