特种作业人员安全技术培训考核管理规定（Regulations for the training, assessment and management of safety technical training for special work personnel） Regulations for the training, assessment and management of safety technical training for special work personnel Regulations for the training, assessment and management of safety technical training for special work personnel (promulgated by order No. thirtieth of the State Administration of work safety in May 24, 2010 and effective as of July 1, 2010) Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 in order to regulate the special operations personnel safety evaluation of technical training, improve the level of safety of special operations personnel, to prevent and reduce casualties, according to the safety production law, administrative licensing law and other relevant laws and administrative regulations, the provisions are formulated. These Regulations shall apply to the safety technical training, examination, certification, reexamination and supervision and administration of the special operations personnel of the second production and operation units. Where the relevant laws, administrative regulations and the State Council have other provisions on the administration of special operations personnel, such provisions shall prevail. Article third special operations referred to in these regulations, refers to the accident prone, the operator himself, the safety of others, health and equipment and facilities safety may cause significant harm to the operation. The scope of special operations shall be stipulated in the catalogue of special operations. The term special operations personnel as mentioned in these Provisions refers to the employees who engage in special operations directly. Fourth special operations personnel shall meet the following conditions: (1) at least 18 years of age, and not exceeding the legal retirement age of the state; (two) or by the community medical institutions above the county level health examination qualified, engage
